A hands-on workshop covering basic hair prep for actors and technicians involving wigs of varying length and styles, including information on the structure and maintenance of wigs. Students will also learn basic styling tips and tricks for various hairpieces, such as the use of falls and hair rats. Students will gain insight as to how to maintain a wig over the run of a show, and how best to work with members of the costume, production, and wardrobe teams.
