1MPF community dialogue and process session: open to actors, directors, playwrights, faculty, teachers, and anyone/everyone. Mandatory for participating playwrights and directors. This session is a foundational step in the 1MPF community-engagement process. It starts with a large group of participants in the room, with the full group generating values, questions, breaks into smaller discussions and action teams, and then scaffold towards individual responses. This season is active—so be prepared to move, and employs a dialogical approach in framework, activities, and actions. There I’ll be some graffiti boards and community writing. Framing questions: who are we? What is our relationship to each other? To our communities? To our work? To our civic life? How might we begin to design the world we want to live in?
