Tension murders vibration! Krisitn Linklater's approach to voice training, known as the progression, examines how habitual tension often inhibits your natural voice, and through an exploration of releasing this habitual tension, opportunities for freeing the natural voice emerge.

Workshop participants should always comfortably, wearing loose fitting clothing (sweat pants kind of thing). Come prepared with 10 lines of memorized text (a poem or sonnet is fine).
