Writing and Performing Your Own Work With Compassion

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Attendees will go through a series of exercises and games to get the creative imagination fired up. We will then be inspired to write a piece from a selection of prompts. Then students will get to have a short rehearsal, followed by a presentation of the material to the group.

We will discuss ways in which we can make our work more vital, organic and meaningful in a world that so needs compassion. We will discuss performance strategies that can help us achieve our goals as writer/performers.
