How do you take a blank calendar and turn it into a theatrical season? This multi-day workshop will focus on building a season or festival. It will include:
Material Selection, Artist selection, budgeting, pitching to funding sources, marketing, and bringing talent together into the room to produce quality work for live performance on the stage.
