Sergio Mauritz Ang is also a passionate educator. Upon his many other degrees and certificates he also received his Associates in Early Childhood Education from Hostos Community College as well as Nursing training. During his time at Hostos Sergio received both the Paula Zajan Award in Early Childhood Education & The William Morris Memorial Scholarship. Sergio believes deeply in the arts’ ability to impact and curate youth’s future voices. He is a proud voice for the Asian and Queer communities he is a part of and advocates for disenfranchised youth. He  is currently teaching public speaking and college prep classes to high schoolers in the South Bronx. BFA  in Acting from Brooklyn College.
